| Website: | What's Playing At The Oak Street? |
We are the Oak Street Cinema and we are the only film house in Minnesota that shows you movies you may have missed as well as classics you can;t see any where else.
We play everything from Super 8 to 16MM to 35MM films and most of our films are not on DVD or are great films that you cannot get in the United States. But we also play some great 60's and 70's films you may not have heard of.
We believe in the movie theater experience. Our old theater is the perfect place to view classics movie and then dine out at many of the small restaurants in the area and talk about the experience. Our aim is to allow modern generations to see what it was like to see movies that may have been out before they were born or too young to see. A chance see in there original form the great history of world cinema that has shaped today's movie making. And with all the remakes, a chance to see the original.
So we hope to hear from you or even see you at The Oak Street Cinema: The New Place For Old Movies!
